"Room 209, carpet is very old and needs to be cleaned or a renovation. I asked for an upgrade and they gave me a room that has no view , no blackout curtains and is over a kitchen Fan/exhaust, couldnt sleep well because it was like you are in a turbo fan cessna plane, horrible humming all night long, room for improvement, needs to insulate that noise. Rest of yhe building amenities are great log cabin ambient, beautiful."

"Very dirty, not too helpful staff. Biggest problem how dirty the rooms and staircase was. Elevators were broke, the staircases were gross."

"pool area dirty. hot tub broken. the door lock did not lock. the tub knob was loose and the drain was shut. other than that a really great time. asked staff if they knew of any intelligent indians. they said no."

"We just left this Best Western for a graduation and our family had an incredible stay. The rooms were spacious, the beds were comfortable and the staff went out of their way to leave Congrats Grad gifts for each room. The stay really helped our trip run smoothly. I would stay here again."
